A:IMAGE-IN JEWELS LTD is an Internet only store, we do not carry the overheads of most traditional jewellers, therefore passing the savings onto you, the customer.
Q: How do I know if the jewellery that I will receive will look the same as the jewellery shown in the pictures on this site?
A:Nearly all of our jewellery is photographed by Image-in jewels ltd in-house. Our photographers try to ensure that the item is portrayed as truly as possible. A few of our pictures are taken by our manufacturers, and are only chosen when they are representative of the item you will receive. However some objects are difficult to represent with a 2D photograph, and there always are variations in the colours displayed on different monitors. For this reason we offer a full quibble-free money back guarantee, valid for 7 days from the date of purchase subject to our terms of trade.
Q:What sort of guarantee do you provide with your products?
A:All of our items are guaranteed for one year against manufacturing faults. Faults developed from incorrect usage, accidental damage or wear and tear are not covered under this guarantee. If you feel you need to return an item to us, please use the contact us form to state the problem with the item. We will then arrange for the manufacturing defect to be rectified.
Q:How do I order?
A:As you browse our site you can add items you wish to purchase by clicking Add to Shopping Cart, found on every product page within the catalogue. You can also save a product to your favourites list, and return at a later time to make your purchase.
Once you are finished adding to your shopping cart, you may View your Cart, options , adjust the quantities of each item, then proceed to the Checkout to complete your order.
Every new customer is requested to create an account. Returning customers can simply Login.
Q:Can you engrave items before sending them?
Yes we offer engraving service to all our jewellery and done by ourselve
Q: Who delivers my orders?
A: For all orders within the UK we use Royal Mail special delivery services. For international services we currently use Royal Mail international signed for.
Q:Do you ship to the USA or anywhere else in the world?
A - Yes. We despatch all our jewellery internationally. Orders are sent by Royal Mail's international signed for service for safety and insurance purposes. If you would like to pay extra for UPS courier delivery please contact us
Q: Is my order insured?
A: All order are insured up to the equivalent value of your orders whilst in transit.
Q: Can orders be traced with a tracking number?
A: Yes we can track and trace your order and supply you with a tracking number on request whilst your order is in the Uk. All Uk orders can be traked on the Royal Mail website. To track your order within the USA you will need to visit United States Postal Service - (USPS).

Q:Are both the nameplates and chains solid gold and silver?
A: Yes, all of our 9ct gold and silver name necklaces are SOLID 9ct yellow ,white gold and silver. Whichever metal colour you choose for your nameplate, you will also receive the same color 9ct yellow ,white goldand silver chain.
Q:Metal thickness
A:All nameplates can be made in 9ct, 18ct gold or silver. All name plates, pendants etc can be made in 0.5mm, 0.7mm, 1.5mm or 2.00mm thickness as required.
Doe's the chain come with the name plate?
A: No it's always better that the customer chooses their own chain.To order your chain please refer to the chain category
Q:How long will it take to receive my nameplate?
A:The custom name necklaces generally 5 to 8 days we make them ourselves.
Q:Do you charge by the letter?
A:Yes our nameplates are charged per letter so that you never pay more than necessary not like other companies.

Q: Do some photographs show up better than others?
A: Yes, The clearer the photo, the clearer the image on the pendant.
Q: Does it matter what type of Photograph I use?
A: No. Photographs can be everyday shots, studio shots, or Polariods, in color or black and white. We cannot, however, create a color image from a black and white photograph and we cannot use a negative.
Q: Will my pictures be returned?
A: Yes, your pictures will be returned in the exact condition it was given, along with the pendant.
Q: Can I have two entirely different pictures together on one pendant?
A: Yes, our computer technicians can merge any number of pictures onto one pendant. However, we do charge an additional fee per Photo. You should inform us of the number of photos at time of ordering.
Q: What if one picture is larger than the other picture? Can they be put together?
A: Yes, we can merge any size pictures together. Just send the pictures and let our technicians handle the rest.
Q: Can a person or object be cut out of the picture?
A: We can crop out any person or any object. You must provide us with any requests you have with your photo at time of ordering.
Q: Can my pendant be done in other fine metals?
A: Yes, we offer pendants in Sterling Silver ,White Gold,18ct gold, White Gold or extra thick gold. Please contact us for further details.
Q: How do I clean my picture pendant charm?
A: Treat your charm as you would any other fine jewelry item. Use a soft, clean cloth to rub off fingerprints and moisture. Do not expose to acids or other cleaning products.
Q: How long will it take to receive my Picture pendant?
A: It will take a maximum of 5 WORKING days from the day we receive your order for us to return your order. Unfortunately we will have cut-offs during holiday times that will not allow you to order you picture pendant after a certain date. ( Dates will be given a few weeks before cut-off to allow you to receive your orders in time).

A:You have 3 options of sending us your photos, each of which will be explained to you during checkout.:
(1) You can E-mail us your digital photos to us in J-PEG or Gif
(2) you can mail us your pictures, click on Contact us page for further information. Please make sure to include your Order Number
