SHIPPING DETAILS
Custom orders generally take aproximately 3 to 12 working days from the day we process your order for us to post your order. Non-customised orders if in stock normally take 3 working days. If you need to receive an order by a specific date, please feel free to contact us first to inquire about availability. We will always do whatever we can to accommodate your needs.
All our UK deliveries will be made by Royal Mail Special Delivery™. This is a fully insured Next Day service. Postage & packaging is charged at £5.50 including VAT, unless a courier service is requested, which will then be charged for at that full rate. We offer FREE DELIVERY on orders over £100.00
Special delivery is guaranteed, by the Royal Mail, to arrive before 1pm Tuesday-Friday. Saturday delivery is not guaranteed, but it is 99% successful. Special Delivery requires a signature upon receipt and insures items for up to £2,500. If you are not available at home, a card should be put through your door and collection of the package will be from your local holding depot. If you have recieved a card from the Royal Mail It is your responsibility to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel. Please note that we are not able to give alternative delivery instructions to the Royal Mail ie leave at a neighbours.
If you choose to provide an alternative delivery address, please understand that this is by mutual agreement as most credit card companies only accept responsibility for payment if the item is sent to the BILLING ADDRESS .
We cannot accept responsibility for lost, damaged, delayed packages due to postage disputes or bad weather conditions where a proof of posting certificate has been obtained by us. We cannot take responsibility for incorrect addresses given to us by yourselves. We reserve the right to cherge re-delivery for parcels returned to us due to incorrect address details provided by you or for uncollected parcels.
You should recieve an email when the parcel is dispatched detailing the dispatch date and parcel number, which can be used to track the parcel (via the Royal Mail website) if you have not received your item by the due delivery date.
Once signed for, the package then becomes your responsibility.

Please allow extra time for deliveries outside of the U.K, which are sent Airmail by International Signed for Delivery.
RETURNS POLICY
You have the right to cancel your contract, for non-personalised items, at any time up to 7 working days after the day of delivery under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000. However personalised items that are made to order, items such as name necklaces, photo jewellery name rings and initial rings etc are exempt from your right to cancel under the above Regulations.
To excersise your right to cancel, please e-mail or write to us. It will not be sufficient for you to phone us. If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense. The goods must be unused and in original condition and packaging, for a complete refund (excluding shipping charges). If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.
In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or if there is a problem with the goods, please contact us we will always do our best to rectify a problem if we can. Should it be necessary for the goods to be returned, we would be grateful if they could be adequately packaged and sent securely as we will not be responsible for lost items.
Personalised goods will only be replaced if there is a fault, if the goods delivered are not of satisfactory quality or if you feel that the goods fall short of the impression given by the web site. Please contact us with your concerns prior to returning the item. Items must be returned without delay and in their original packaging. Any items damaged by misuse will not be replaced at our expense although they can be returned for a chargeable repair. Goods that do not match our product data in our records will be refused and returned.
Returned goods to Image-In Jewels Ltd will be inspected when received by us prior to any refunds or exchanges. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund after inspection.
The cost of returning an item will remain with the purchaser unless the reason for return lies with IMAGE-IN JEWELS LTD. We reserve the right to apply a 20% restocking fee should we feel that the reason for return is unreasonable.
We will deal with all matters in accordance with your legal rights. Your statutory rights are not affected.
To return an item for an exchange or refund, please mail your merchandise along with your original Packing List and a note stating the reason for return ie corrections such as correct ring size or spelling name necklace) to:

REFUNDS
How long will it take to receive my refund?
All refunds will be issued by the original means of payment within 30 days of receipt of goods by us.
How long will it take to receive my exchange?
Please allow 1-2 weeks from our receipt of your request for the replacement product to be shipped.
Why was my order cancelled?
Image-In Jewels Ltd reserves the right to cancel any order due to, but not limited to,
stock issues,
site related malfunctions,
improperly stated pricing,
non receipt of funds or sufficient funds,
failed credit authorisations.
We give a 12 months guarantee on all merchandise. When the guarantee expires, we can repair damaged item from £15.00 + postage and packing.
